Commercial Steel Security Doors

Each doorset is engineered and manufactured to meet a precise and detailed specification, and can be manufactured using 1.2mm, 1.5mm or 2mm Zintec Steel with a double skin construction. Customised steel doorsets offer the flexibility to specify a wide and flexible range of features to ensure that all doorsets are truly unique for their applications.

Our door sets are fitted with door furniture to enable different requirements to be met and allow for a wide scope of locking options to suit each specification. All standard lock cases, pull and lever handles, push plates, and escutcheons are made from stainless steel to meet BS EN8300; they are also ADM compliant. Controlled access doors can be factory fitted with mechanical & digital locks or electrically operated hardware such as magnetic locks, electrical strikes and solenoid locks.

As all door sets are made to measure, they can be available with an extensive selection of optional extras, including vision panels, louvres and overhead steel panels. All door sets are polyester powder coated in a selection of RAL and BS colours and finishes, including high quality wood grain effect. Also, options for ISO 10140 acoustic rating from Rw28 to Rw40 and thermal rating to 1.9W/m2K are available.
